AT 10: 01 NIGHT / 02 DAYS: LAKE NAKURU (ROAD)
0700hrs, Pick-up from Hotel and depart Nairobi descending into the Great Rift Valley floor to Lake Nakuru National Park. Brief stop-over at the view point. Arrive at the park in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. The game drive will include the shores of this world famous bird sanctuary, home to lesser and greater flamingo, pelican and fish eagle. Besides the birds, the park is also home to the black rhino, rothschild giraffe, lion, leopard, common and defassa waterbucks and even leopard. Return to your lodge at sundown for Dinner and Overnight.
This morning you will be awakened at dawn and after a cup of tea or coffee you will set out on an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Late morning depart and drive back to Nairobi arriving in the early afternoon hours. Transfer to the Airport for departure flight or to Nairobi Hotel. |
